Mobility plays a central role for technical firm CSA4LAB, with most of the employees regularly deployed to customers throughout Germany.

CSA4LAB, based in Hesse advises and supports customers from the pharmaceutical, chip and automotive industries in the design and automation of highly sensitive laboratory and cleanroom systems.

As such, employees need to be available, often at short notice.

Dirk Streitenberger, Business Unit Manager at CSA4LAB, is a frequent travelller. His company relies on constant project changes and close proximity to customers. Mobility is not a "nice-to-have", but a success factor.
