There is no insurance cover if the vehicle is used under the influence of alcohol or drugs or under the influence of medication for which driving a vehicle is not permitted or is discouraged.
Furthermore, there is no insurance cover if you use the vehicle without a valid driving licence or contrary to the road traffic regulations or if you leave the vehicle to third parties who are not registered in the contract.
The insurance cover expires in the event of wilful damage, modifications or modifications to the vehicle, if it is used to provide driving lessons or for the transport of dangerous goods or if it is sublet.
Other damages not covered by MOCEAN insurance include, for example: slipping load, incorrect refuelling, damage caused by engaging the wrong gear, torsional damage, operating errors, overloading of the vehicle.
