How far can I travel on 250 kWh a month?

The range depends on the vehicle model, driving style and environmental conditions.

Based on the official average consumption of the vehicles on offer, the 250 kWh charging package is expected to cover a monthly mileage of approximately 1,000 km.*

What happens if I use more than 250 kWh in a month?

Charging beyond the included 250 kWh will be billed separately by IONITY.

Any additional usage will be charged directly via the payment method registered with IONITY, in accordance with the terms set out in the IONITY contract.

Billing is carried out in accordance with IONITY’s terms and conditions (see Contractual Partner).

Where can I charge my vehicle using my MOCEAN x IONITY package?

You can only use this service at IONITY charging stations (excluding Portugal).

We recommend that you check the availability of IONITY charging stations in your area before booking the car subscription.

Can I book the MOCEAN x IONITY package for longer than 12 months?

The MOCEAN x IONITY offer is a limited-time promotion and is available only under the specified terms and conditions.

You can flexibly extend the MOCEAN car subscription for the vehicle and adjust the mileage in accordance with the MOCEAN Terms and Conditions.

However, the charging package with IONITY is limited to 12 months and 250 kWh per month and cannot currently be extended.

Can I use the charging pack for other vehicles as well?

The included charging allowance is linked to the vehicle provided under the MOCEAN Car Subscription and cannot be used for other electric vehicles.

Which customers is this offer available to?

This offer is available exclusively to customers with a billing address in Germany.

Who is the contracting party for the MOCEAN x IONITY offer?

The MOCEAN x IONITY package consists of two separate contracts:

A MOCEAN car subscription contract with Hyundai Connected Mobility

A charging contract with IONITY GmbH for the Power tariff and the charging volume (kWh)

Users must register with both Hyundai Connected Mobility and IONITY GmbH.

Registration is subject to acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions.
