During signup, you’ll upload a few documents so we can verify your identity, residence, and driving eligibility. Depending on your country of origin, we may need an official translation or additional documentation.
No long contracts, no complicated admin, no “please print and sign this” moments. Once you’re approved, you get a car without adding another stack of documents to your life.

2. You can usually start driving right away with your foreign license.
EU/EEA licenses remain valid in Germany, and many non‑EU licenses are accepted for up to six months after you register your address. You can get your car now and take care
of any conversion steps later.
Depending on your country of origin, we may need an official translation, an international driving permit, or additional documents to complete your subscription. Our verification process will guide you through exactly what’s required.
Your subscription approval depends on license validity, insurance eligibility, and a quick identity check. Once everything is verified, you’re ready to drive.
If your license must be converted after six months, we’ll remind you, but staying compliant is your responsibility under the Terms and Conditions.

3. Peace of mind for one monthly fee.
Your MOCEAN subscription keeps everything simple with one clear monthly price. The car is fully registered and taxed, insured with liability and comprehensive coverage, and supported by scheduled maintenance and normal‑use wear services as defined in the Terms and Conditions.
Roadside assistance and breakdown support are included as well, with the usual exclusions for misuse. Seasonal tires and seasonal changes are part of the package, provided within the recommended time windows.
The monthly price stays predictable because all essential costs are bundled. Any optional services or charges related to misuse, missed appointments, excessive wear, or other T&C‑defined exceptions are clearly outlined in the contract, ensuring full transparency.
